This unique apartment, made by stone and wood, has an east facing veranda with views stretching across the Ipsos beach to the open sea and is the ideal blend of contemporary and traditional.

The house is located at the first floor of a building constricted in the early 20th century. This house of the 75 sq.m., has 2 bedrooms, a large open space with kitchen, dining room and living room, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The first bedroom has a double bed and is located in a wooden attic above the dining room and kitchen and has access to a wooden internal staircase. The second bedroom is located in a separate area and features a double sofa bed. The large open space has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven etc, a dining area and a living room with flat-screen TV, air conditioning and central heating. The large terrace has a dining and a seating area. The bathroom has a shower – cabin.

WiFi, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

The accommodation includes everything one needs for babysitting, such as a baby cot and high chair. It has also a washing machine in a separate washing area on the ground floor of the building as well as safe space for luggage storage. The on-site garden is available for guests to relax and use the BBQ.

The cost of the stay includes the change of bed linen and towels, every 4 days and in consultation with the client. It is also included the cleaning of the place before and after the end of the stay. No cleaning service is available during the stay. In-house amenities are available for cleaning by guests during their stay.

Parking in the yard, is available free of charge for motorcycles and cars in consultation with the owner. There is space for bicycles in the garden.
